Building and Home Foundations

1-Level an Existing Foundation

AP Titan is a certified helical pile installer. We will do foundation leveling of 1 to 3 inches. Anything more than a one to three inch leveling requires a new foundation to be built.

2-Build a New Foundation

Are you near the water?

Under the Flood Insurance Act of 2012, you could save more than $90,000 over 10 years if you build 3 feet above base flood elevation (BFE). If you rebuild to pre-flood conditions, your flood insurance premium could increase dramatically in the future.

But, in order to do it,
have us install helical piles so that a firm, level foundation can be constructed.

3-Structure Stabilization

On Long Island, structures shift mainly due to the underlying soil structure. Helical piles are screwed into the Earth to a depth were the soil is weight bearing.

4-In-ground Swimming Pool Stabilization

On Long Island, the top layer of soil is “loose” and subject to movement. That can, and in most cases will, cause cracks in swimming pool walls.  Helical piles, installed to a depth where is ground is weight bearing, prevents the walls and base of the pool from shifting and cracking.
